Where can I park?

You can park in the car park at Luna Events or surrounding car parks. It is a three-minute walk to the entrance with the revolving door.

Can I bring someone along to this event?

Yes, please register via the registration form.

I am unable to attend! Where can I deregister?

If you are unable to attend, please let us know by sending an email to events@royalfloraholland.com.

Where can I see which session I signed up for?

You can find this in the confirmation email. During the day itself, the choice is also listed on your personal badge.

When do I receive my conformation?

Two weeks before the event, you will receive a conformation email with your personal admission ticket

Can I join the Member sessions?

The member session is only for growers who are members. Not a member? At 2 p.m. you are welcome to join us for Cooperative Day.

Can I still change my choice of sub-sessions?

If there are still spots open, you can change your choice of sub-sessions before the event. Send an email to events@royalfloraholland.com to check if there is any availability left.
